Sunday, 03/10/2010
Decentralized Agricultural and Forestry Extension Project (DAFEP), funded by the World Bank and CIRAD, was intended to complete the project evaluation database with end of project data, building from benchmark survey methodology. The project covers a total of 1,152 households and 350 youth and women.
SurveyMETER was contracted to identify and recruit field workers, train field enumerators, and conduct field data collection, in addition to data entry and field data control tasks. Each household survey was based on a comprehensive set of technical and socio-economic questions, to be completed by enumerators based upon discussion with household members. Data entry was performed by computer operators directly in the sub-provincial database, and verified by supervisors.[SM]
