SurveyMETER repeatedly conducted the third pilot survey for the 2015 Indonesian Family Health Survey (SKKI). The pilot study area is located in 30 urban villages of 8 sub-districts of Bandung City, West Java Province.

It was conducted in collaboration with The Abdul Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS). The baseline survey was planned to implement in 735 villages in 3 provinces: North Sumatra, East Java, and Southeast Sulawesi in the coming months.

The overall objective of the project is to collect data to measure family health levels as well as to provide insight into the revised National Health Insurance (JKN) premiums scheduled for 2016 through the Social Security Management Agency (BPJS). Its specific objectives include investigating whether using incentives, involving the community in socialization and payments, and reducing the hassle of registering will increase the participation of non-poor informal workers, reduce adverse selection and improve JKN's financial stability.

Field survey data collection began on October 31 and will end in December 2015. Meanwhile, the Training of Enumerators (ToE) was held on 25 – 29 October 2015 at Merapi Merbabu Hotel Yogyakarta. Like pilot study 2 in Medan City last February – March, pilot 3 also uses the Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) program method. Where

The field surveys data collection commenced on October 31 and was predicted to accomplish in December 2015, while the Training of Enumerators (ToE) was conducted from October 25 – 29, 2015 at Merapi Merbabu Hotel Yogyakarta.
